Renshaw ready to roll Marzipan (White) 500g fondant icing can be rolled out, hand modelled, or used with cutters and moulds - perfect for covering and Regalice cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
Made in the United Kingdom. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher approved.
PRODUCT USE
Knead until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
How to cover a cake:
1. Knead marzipan until pliable. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 inch) on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar
2. Brush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam, and cover the cake with marzipan
3. Gently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife.
