This mould is made from food-grade silicone, making for easy removal of new shapes, and is ideal for use with sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, chocolate, candy, modelling paste, marzipan, boiled sugar and more.

Dust the mould with a little cornflower before filling it. If using paste with your mould, press it into the mould, roll out the top and cut off any excess. Use tylo powder with fondant so it’s firmer and less sticky. Remove creation from mould by turning it over and easing up the sides.
