Part of the PME Anodised Aluminium Baking Pan Family, these Oblong Brownie Pans ensure even heat distribution, so you can whip up beautifully baked, mouth-wateringly delicious brownies every time. This sheet pan is also designed to produce brownies with consistent depth and sharp corners.
Make brownie mixture using your preferred recipe. Make sure you have greased your tray, or you are using grease-proof paper, before filling your tray with mixture and baking to perfection. Once you’ve finished with the tray, hand wash with warm, soapy water and a sponge.
