Use this cutter to 1) cut and/or 2)emboss and 3) loosen & eject the cut-out Holly leaf shape from the plunger.
Gently push the plunger, with its embossing plate pushed out, to use as a stamp to create a basic outline on a sugarpaste coated cake that you can further enhance by hand with modelling tools.
Further enhance your cut-out Holly Leaves with lustre sprays, edible dust, more edible shapes and glitter for stunning results.

Please note: These plungers can be used with all types of icing, sugar paste, almond paste, marzipan and even non-edible modelling clay. Separate cutters should be used when working with edible and non-edible pastes.
