Renshaw’s White 'Just Roll With It' Fondant is a high-quality, versatile fondant / sugar paste icing that is perfect for covering and decorating cakes, cupcakes and cookies. This fondant icing is super easy to work with and can be rolled out, ready for use, straight from the pack. It offers you the freedom to decorate as you wish, too: cover cakes of all sizes and shapes, from simple to sculpted, create models by hand or craft shapes and designs using cutter and moulds.

This range features icing with beautiful, rich, vivid colours that will enliven your bakes and, with a huge range of shade to choose from, you will easily find something to suit your style and tastes. Plus, it tastes delicious!

Tips for how to use included on back of pack.

Available in 250g, 500g, 1Kg and 2.5Kg

Dust your work surface with icing sugar and knead the icing to get it soft and pliable and ready to be rolled out or used for moulding into whatever shape you desire.
If rolling out, dust your work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar and roll the icing out to 2-4mm thick.
To cover, lift the icing with your rolling pin and drape over your prepared cake - for best results, it is recommended that you coat your cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache first. Run your hand over the top of the cake, then secure under the top edge and smooth down the sides with the palm of your hand. Finish with an icing smoother, if you have one, and trim any excess icing.
If you suffer any minor cracks of imperfections, smooth these gently with the palm of your hand, or the rough side of a flexi smoother, while the icing is still fresh.

Make sure you use this product at room temperature. Storage: store in a cool dry place and, once open, wrap the icing in cling film and keep in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out. This product is not suitable for freezing or refridgeration.
