Sugarflair Glycerine 45g
It is primarily used for softening royal icing, or preventing it from setting too firmly, so it can be easily used to cover cakes.
It can also be added to cakes to soften the crumb texture and improve moisture, mixed into chocolate to thicken for piping work, or used as a sugar substitute for sweetening.
Do not use for royal icing work where stronger icing is required, e.g. piping.
