To use, simply push modelling paste into the mould then turn it out. A great way to ensure easy release of the paste from the mould is to rub a little white vegetable fat into the cavity first. Made from flexible silicone rubber approved for food contact. The moulds can also be used with a variety of mediums including Sugar Florist Paste (SFP), pastillage, marzipan, sugarpaste, modelling chocolate, boiled sugar, cold porcelain, pastry and much more. Please note separate moulds should be used for edible and non-edible pastes. The flexible silicone can be frozen and can withstand temperatures of up to 204?C. Made in the UK.
