Squires Kitchen Essentials Gum Arabic is a versatile, natural powder which can be used as a glaze, an edible glue and as an ingredient in baking recipes.
Also known as acacia gum, Gum Arabic is derived from the hardened sap of trees making it an all-natural ingredient. This multi-purpose gum can be mixed with rosewater and brushed over flowers before covering them with sugar to crystallise them.
Gum Arabic can also be brushed over sugar work to create a sheen and added to royal icing recipes to give extra strength.

When the gum is fully dissolved, brush onto flower petals or mint leaves and sprinkle an even covering of sugar over the top
