Sugarflair’s Edible Lustre range allows you make enchanting creations with a lovely subtle shimmer, that’s perfect for adding a touch of magic and sparkle.
Sugarflair’s Blossom Tint range offers edible matt food colouring dusts that are ideal for livening up your bakes with bold, vivid colours.
These edible dusts can be dusted or dry brushed onto icing and sugar decorations, or mixed with clear alcohol or rejuvenator spirit to create a paint. Colours included: Blossom Tint colours: Black, Foliage Green, White, Red and Primrose. Lustre colours: Pearl Ivory, Snowflake, Radiant Gold, Satin Silver and Glacier Blue.

These powders can be brushed directly onto dry icing or sugar paste decorations. They can also be used as a paint, made by mixing the powder colour with a little clear alcohol or rejuvenator spirit, and applied over larger areas or to add fine, intricate details. Add a little more alcohol as needed if your paint starts to thicken. Make sure to use food-safe brushes to apply your colours. Colours are highly pigmented, so use sparingly. Make sure to build up to your desired colour, using a little powder at a time, until the desired intensity has been reached. Give the colour a few minutes to develop and darken. Work with natural light to get the most accurate colour result.
