The Sugar Paste’s Cake Smoothers are designed so you can easily produce sharp, crisp edges and smooth, flat surfaces, for an impeccably neat, flawless finished creation. They can be used to smooth sugar paste, covering paste, ganache, marzipan and more.
This set consists of two icing smoothers: one with a straight edge and one with a rounded edge, so they can be used with both square and round cakes.
Each smoother measures approx. 10.5cm x 7.5cm.

Place the curved edge smoother on top of your covered cake, and the straight edge smoother on the side of the cake. If smoothing a round cake, make sure the curved edge faces the cake’s edge. If smoothing a square cake, make sure the straight edge faces the cake’s edge.
