This flower (gum) paste is firm yet flexible with a velvety smooth feel, and rolls out incredibly thinly cracking or tearing, so you can nail every single tiny, intricate detail your sugar flowers need.
Its firmness and stretchiness means it holds up against heat, maintaining its consistency and form, even when working with warm hands, or in a hot environment.
Available in 250g or 1Kg.
Roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin to your desired thickness, then lift and drape over your cake.
Smooth and the icing over the cake to remove air bubbles and creases. Start with the top, then continue down the sides of your cake.
Finally, cut and remove the excess sugar paste with a knife, and polish using two smoothers for a perfect finish.
Store at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
