This sugar paste (fondant) icing is incredibly stretchy and rolls out incredibly thinly, allowing you to cover cakes of all shapes and sizes with a beautifully smooth sheet of sugar paste -without worrying about cracks, tears, breakages, or unsightly elephant skin.
Its super soft texture allows you to enjoy the process of decorating without the stress of it drying out by the time you finish, while its melt-in-your-mouth taste means you can enjoy eating it, too!
The Sugar Paste is sold in a bulk 7kg tub.
All items are E171 free and RPSO Certified.
Sugar, Glucose Syrup (corn syrup), Potato Starch, Vegetable fats (coconut, Hydrogenated Palm Seed), Water, Xanthan, Aroma, Potassium Sorbate, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Citric Acid.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin to your desired thickness, then lift and drape over your cake.
Smooth and the icing over the cake to remove air bubbles and creases. Start with the top, then continue down the sides of your cake.
Finally, cut and remove the excess sugar paste with a knife, and polish using two smoothers for a perfect finish.
Store at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
