Wilton’s Meringue Powder works as an egg white substitute when making meringues – perfect for producing crisp meringues that can be used in a variety of desserts, baking delicious meringue cookies and creating smooth royal icing that dries with a hard, glossy finish.
Ingredients:
Ingredients: Cornstarch, EGG white powder, sugar, thickener (E 414), acidity regulators (E 330, E 336), stabilizer (E 516), flavouring, anti-caking agent (E 551).

Allergy Information: Allergens in bold.
May contain MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOY, GLUTEN (WHEAT), MUSTARD, SESAME, CELERY, FISH, MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS.

Kosher certified.
Use as a replacement for egg whites.

This meringue powder adds body to royal icing, meringues, boiled icing, stabilises buttercream, and prevents excess liquid from ruining meringue cookies.
