This information includes your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. We do not share any payment information and / or device information with these couriers.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We may contact you, or, use a third party company to contact you about a specific sale, this will not be, in any way, a form of marketing and will only apply to customers who have a specific transaction with us. We will not require you to opt into this service, as this is part of our “Market Research”. We will however not market to you with any other information without your consent.
This market research is a way for Our business to understand how we can improve Our customer service and provide better marketing communications in the future. It is a crucial part of the customer journey with us.

Third Party Service Providers Working on our Behalf
We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf such as couriers, shipping companies, software companies, our in-house warehouse management system developer and our merchant services gateway to create secure payment transactions.
All of which are compliant with the GDPR regulation. As stated above, your data will only be used to carry out a requested service and will only be shared with the necessary third party providers for legitimate business purposes.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through “The Site”, we will maintain your Order Information for our records. We will hold your personal information on our systems such as Buyer name, recipient name, physical address, postal code, city, state/province, country, phone number and email address for a period of 7 Years, after which time it will be deleted, this is to fill our legal obligation to statutory bodies such as HMRC, and also to fill our warranty obligations to you as a customer.
How can you access and update your information?
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted if it is outside of our legitimate business purpose use term. We are obligated to provide you with all details on our systems to you within 30 days of your Subject Access Request.
Please note, we will only keep this information for legitimate business purposes and it will not be sold or released anywhere without your consent to do so.
How do we keep your information safe?
We know how important it is to protect and manage your personal data. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, and we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files to keep this data safe. We only authorise access to employees who need it to carry out their job responsibilities.
