These medium-sized, bakestable chunks have s delicious milk chocolate taste with creamy, caramelly notes, and maintain a beautiful snappiness, even after baking. With less cocoa butter in the recipe, they resist oven temperatures of up to 200C, making them the perfect, delicious addition to cookies and other treats that require a slightly longer baking time.

Mix into dough at the end of the kneading process to prevent colouring the dough or melting the drops while kneading.
