Made from 100% dark baking chocolate, these sticks are rich in cocoa and have an intense, Belgian chocolate flavour. Thanks to a special recipe, they resist temperatures of up to 200C without burning, instead melting in the oven and rising with a snap once your pastry has cooled down. They're a great way of adding an extra level of decadence to buns, rolls and Danish pastries. Sticks are 8cm in length.
