Easily add beautifully deep, vivid colours to your edible creations with Rainbow Dust’s ProGel food colouring range! The Rainbow Dust ProGel Pastel multipack contains 6 x 25g edible food colouring in the following pastel shades: Lilac, Baby Pink, Peach, Lemon, Mint Green and Baby Blue - perfect for creating cakes and decorations with a beautiful, trendy pastel effect.

These professional gel food colours that are highly concentrated, so you only need a minimal amount to achieve a vibrant, rich colour, and are great for transforming sugarpaste, buttercream, marzipan and even cake batter.

Please note, Baby Pink and Peach are not suitable for use with cake batter. Use no more than 3g of colour per 1Kg of decoration.
Ingredients: Colour: Lilac: Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E122, E133, Modified starch (tapioca). Baby Pink: Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E129, E122, E124. Peach: Humectant: E422, Water, Modified starch (tapioca). Colours: E110, E124. Lemon: Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E102, Modified starch (tapioca). Mint: Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E102, E133, Modified starch (tapioca). Baby Blue: Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E133, Modified starch (tapioca). Warning: E102, E110, E122, E124, E129 May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Kosher, Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.
Mix a small amount into sugarpaste, buttercream, marzipan or cake batter* until you reach your desired shade. *Please be aware that not all colours are suitable for use in cake batter.
Store at ambient room temperature.
