Squires Kitchen Cocoa Butter 100g
When melted, Squires Kitchen Cocoa Butter behaves like and oil. It can be used to thin chocolate, as an ingredient in confectionery, and for giving marzipan figures a shiny coating. Melted cocoa butter can also be mixed with cocoa powder for cocoa butter painting techniques.

1. Cocoa butter can be used to make chocolate more fluid and is a great vegetarian alternative to gelatine when used in mousses
2. Cocoa butter can be melted in the microwave and the coloured using Squires Kitchen's dust colours. When cool, the cocoa butter will solidify again
