Test colours before using on your baked goods by spraying onto a piece of paper or spare fondant. Build colour layer by layer until you reach your desired intensity. For an even finish on cakes, use a decorating turntable when airbrushing and rotate your cake as you spray. Clean your airbrush after each use, and when changing from darker to lighter colours.
