Sugarflair’s Cacao Drops are versatile in their applications: they can be melted and mixed with food colouring dusts to create chocolate paints, added to desserts, used to improve the fluidity of chocolate, or as a substitute for butter, oil or gelatine – especially good for creating vegetarian and vegan desserts.
